By creating an account, accessing, or using PassionQuay Dating ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms outlined in this agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account with PassionQuay Dating. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and connected instant messaging accounts. You agree to notify PassionQuay Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Community Code of Conduct

PassionQuay is committed to fostering a safe, friendly, and respectful environment. Users agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or stalk any other member.
• Post explicit, offensive, or unauthorized promotional material.
• Create false identities or impersonate another individual.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools on the platform.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Renewals

Membership subscriptions (Free, Premium, VIP) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the current billing period expiration date.

6. Account Termination

PassionQuay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms.
